Voluntarios AFS de todo Chile se capacitan en temáticas interculturales

Durante el mes de mayo del 2018, se realizaron tres importantes talleres que buscan capacitar a voluntarios AFS en las temáticas relacionadas con los roles y actividades que realizan mientras se desempeñan junto a AFS.

Trainers for Trainers AFS

Desde el 11 al 13 de mayo del 2018 se realizó el Trainers for Trainers AFS (T4T), un taller especialmente diseñado para voluntarios que ya se hayan desempeñado como facilitadores en temáticas interculturales.

National Qualified Trainers

Desde el 16 al 21 de mayo del 2018 se realizó el National Qualified Trainers (NQT), en esta capacitación se forman aquellos voluntarios que futuramente actúan como facilitadores en temáticas interculturales.

Escuela de Liderazgo

Desde el 24 al 27 de mayo 2018 se realizó la primera edición de la Escuela de Liderazgo de AFS Chile.

Futuros NQT en acción

Los voluntarios asistentes a los talleres cumplieron con un proceso de inscripción realizado luego de una convocatoria enviada a la base voluntaria a principios del 2018.
