DESCRIPCIÓN DEL PROGRAMA

REQUISITOS DE POSTULACIÓN

  • Estar cursando enseñanza media al momento de postular.
  • Tener entre 15.0 y 17.11 años al inicio del programa anual y 15.6 a 17.4  al inicio del programa semestral.
  • Presentar un proyecto en video, basado en los ODS de la ONU.
  • Tener una salud compatible con la experiencia.

INSCRIPCIÓN

  • La inscripción tiene un valor de $50.000

PROYECTO ODS

  • Cada postulante debe realizar un proyecto orientado en dar solución a una de los 17 Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible (ODS) presentados por las Naciones Unidas en su Agenda 2030. Encuentra más detalles de los ODS y de cómo hacer tu proyecto aquí.

Información específica:

  • Se requiere de dominio de inglés básico o conocimiento previo de japonés.
  • Las familias son abiertas respecto a recibir a estudiantes de diferentes religiones.
  • Como medida de prevención de la tuberculosis, puede ser que AFS Japón solicite a los postulantes una radiografía de tórax durante su estadía en Japón.
  • Los estudiantes sólo se ubicarán en áreas seguras donde el nivel de radioactividad no supere los 0.3 mSv (micro sieverts) por hora lo que es considerado seguro para los seres humanos, por lo que la única zona restringida es la Prefectura de Fukushima.
