DESCRIPCIÓN DEL PROGRAMA

  • Los participantes vivirán en casas de familias anfitrionas con las que compartirán cada tarde/noche y fines de semana.
  • El programa contempla 60 horas de idioma árabe.
  • Además de las clases de idioma, se desarrollarán actividades enfocadas en el aprendizaje sobre la cultura árabe.
  • Los participantes serán recibidos en el aeropuerto de la ciudad de El Cairo por voluntarios de AFS. Luego de una jornada de orientación los participantes viajarán a sus comunidades anfitrionas.

 

REQUISITOS

  • Estar cursando Enseñanza Media al momento de postular y viajar.
  • Tener entre 15 y 17 años 10 meses al momento de iniciar el programa.
  • Estar seriamente interesados en entender los aspectos básicos del idioma árabe y sobre su cultura.
  • Tener un nivel intermedio/avanzado de inglés.
  • Tener una salud física y emocional compatible con la experiencia de intercambio.

 

INSCRIPCIÓN

  • La inscripción tiene un valor de $50.000

 

PROCESO DE SELECCIÓN

  • La selección consta de dos entrevistas. Una entrevista individual y una entrevista en la casa del postulante. Las entrevistas son realizadas por voluntarios de AFS en cada ciudad de Chile.

 

FORMA DE PAGO

  • 50% del valor se debe cancelar cuando AFS notifica los resultados de la selección.
  • 50% del valor se debe cancelar 15 días hábiles previos a la fecha de viaje.
